  Krisis Management “Manajement Keadaan Darurat” 

  Selasa 14 Desember 2011, gw ikutan crisis management. berikut catatan singkat yg gw coret-coret di kertas:

  Trigger>Incident management>

  Informasi >> begitu krisis terjadi prosedur penangan mulai di lakukan,
  harus ada struktur kepada siapa saja kita harus memberitahukan kejadian #buat bagannya dan tempel di papan informasi

  Tindakan>> tindakan apa saja yang harus di lakukan, buat daftar tindakan dan waktu tindakan.
  dan harus ada orang yang memonitoring “mengingatkan” apakah daftar yang ada di tindakan sudah di lakukan.

  Log event>> Buat daftar setiap informasi dan tindakan
  time | event | source
  jika log event sudah penuh segera di print dan di bagikan ke orang2 yang ada di krisis management

  Report “Calling Boss” >> Begitu kita sudah mendapatkan data lengkap tetang kejadian call Boss.
  waktu kejadian
  tempat kejadian
  jumlah korban
  Dan beritahu Boss bahwa kita akan mengabari satu jam kedepan “setiap satu jam”
